Policies

*We will need access to a power outlet within 100ft of your driveway/road. Please make sure to move any vehicles and leave space in either your driveway or the road in front of your house.*

• Our mobile grooming salon requires two parking spaces-one behind the other- for our pickup truck and the salon trailer. Parking needs to be within 100ft of a power outlet. We bring our own extension cords. We use water tanks, so no water connection is needed!
  
  

• Clients who do not give 48 hrs notice to cancel/reschedule or fail to notify regarding cancelations on 2 appointments will result in permanent denial of services.

• Please place cats in a carrier 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

• Illinois State Law requires your pet to be up to date on their rabies vaccination.
