What to Expect

With mobile pet grooming, your pet receives personalized care right outside your home! Here’s what you can expect during your appointment:

Your groomer will arrive at your location fully equipped with everything needed to pamper your pet. The grooming trailer will be set up in a convenient, safe area—typically your driveway or the curb in front of your home. The groomer will begin with a brief consultation to assess your pet’s needs and discuss your preferences.

The grooming session includes services such as bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. Your pet will receive gentle, one-on-one attention throughout the entire appointment, creating a calm, cage-free, and stress-free experience—without ever leaving your driveway!

Electrical Requirements

To ensure a smooth session, please make sure there’s an outdoor power outlet available within 100 feet of the grooming trailer. This allows the groomer to plug in and power the necessary grooming tools.

Safety

For your pet’s safety, the groomer will use a slip lead leash to gently and securely hold your dog during the session. For cat appointments, please have your cat placed in a secure carrier at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

How Long Will It Take?

Grooming time varies depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and temperament. On average:

• Small dogs may take 1–2 hours.
  
  

• Larger dogs may take longer, especially with thick or matted coats.

Payment Options:

We offer convenient payment methods for your mobile grooming service. You can pay your groomer using either cash, zelle, or card (all major credit cards/debit cards accepted. 4.5% service charge fee additional). Just let us know your preferred payment method when booking your appointment. We want to make the payment process as easy as possible for you!
